This is a 180 degree view of Niagara Falls and the CN Tower at night, you can see the faint stars in the back and the beautiful lights on the falls and the the buildings in the back.

Rafay Zafer is a self-taught artist. He started early on in his life with drawing and slowly moved his way up to oil paints. He still does work with variaous mediums including but not limited to oil, acrylic, graphite, ink, and watercolors. He is most inspired by Vincent Van Gogh's work, and the city of Istanbul in Turkey.
