A verse from the Qur'an stating, "...Verily, through the remembrance of Allah (God) do hearts find rest." Gold lettering done using metallic ink and acrylic paint, rest is all acrylic paints.

Rafay Zafer is a self-taught artist. He started early on in his life with drawing and slowly moved his way up to oil paints. He still does work with variaous mediums including but not limited to oil, acrylic, graphite, ink, and watercolors. He is most inspired by Vincent Van Gogh's work, and the city of Istanbul in Turkey.
